Happiness in our life
I want to explain you the meaning of “Happiness”, but at
first we should know that what is the actually meaning of “Happiness”. There is
various scientific definition of “Happiness”:
Happiness is a mental or emotional state of
well-being characterized by positive or pleasant ranging from contentment to
intense joy.
Happiness is when what you think what you say
and what you do are in harmony.
Happiness is something that you are and it comes
from the way you think.
Let’s know the simple meaning of
“Happiness” If you lost everything in your life but at the end you get that person
with whom you want to spent rest of your life then a smile comes on your lips
that is called happiness or if you want to eat sweets but because you are
suffering to diabetes you can’t eat, if you have little piece of cake with
sugar free then happiness is in your hands.
That means you do everything in your life which is required for you but
when you do the work which you want to do it’s not necessary for you but you
like it then happiness is next to you. One feels energetic when he or she is
satisfied with habit like panting, photography, dancing, singing, cooking, gardening,
playing...Etc anything which you want to do.
The address of happiness is always in side you. It’s not with your family,
friends, relative, husband, wife, lover no one they are only source of
happiness. Happiness always stays inside you. You are happy because you want to
be happy. This philosophy is applied on everybody. Then one simple question is raised why many
people are unhappy and some people are happy. And if you diagnose the main culprit
of this sourness is that you don’t trust of yourself you do all thing which
require for your practical life but you don’t do one this which you want. Shahrukh khan

very simple you get only that thing which you want. It only depends of your
capacity of love about that thing. You can follow some
simple steps which will help you for start loving about your goal of life that is definitely “Happiness
“because we do everything in our life for “Happiness”. The steps are:ü First
trust yourself and then start your work with plan.

passion and patience in your life.
ü Live in
moment not in memory of past or daydreaming of future.
ü Early to
bed and early to rise
ü Always
update yourself with new technology.
